Please make sure the TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC unit is far from strong interference signal. Please try to switch to F M mode by press “ SRC ” button to check if can receive Radio Station, if FM mode is working correctly, you may try to put TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC to an open environment to make sure it can freely receive radio signals. If still can’t receive Radio Stations, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service agent.
