Dewalt Lawnmower Will Not Start - Lights Come On

I have owned my Dealt battery powered lawnmower for roughly two months. I have used it five-six times. I put two fully charged batteries inside of it and started the mower with the right procedure. The lights on the mower indicating that it was running and batteries were at full power came on but the blade would not spin. The motor did not make any noise. I checked for debris - there is none. I checked the kill switch on the side - it was not pushed in (it’s in the working position). I checked the handle bars - they are in the correct place and locked in. I tried to start it a few more times and nothing happened. The last time I tried to start it the lights on the mower would no longer come on. I am wondering what issue I may have, what else I should check, and how I might be able to replace this lawnmower if it is not fixable.

I see a lot of tickets without any results being posted. Seems like a common theme. I’m dealing with a similar issue. I was hoping to find answers on this forum. Oh well!
