Electric Lawnmower won’t start
My lawnmower that I bought at the beginning of the season and have used 5 times won’t start. The batteries are charged (the ones that came with the lawnmower). The battery lights would come on that show that the batteries are fully charged at first, but now they won’t come on after trying to start it a few times.
I have taken all the necessary steps, made sure I engaged everything in the right order, made sure the kill switch was not push in. Removed key and put it back in. Checked blade for obstruction. Double checked batteries. I have watched video after video to try and solve myself. This is insanely frustrating.
I have the serial number, model number DCMW220, and can provide any other info. I have noticed a lot of threads on here talking about the same issues and have seen that Home Depot no longer carries the lawnmowers in store or online. I would like a replacement or a refund or someone to tell me how to fix this issue at no monetary cost to me.

I’m having the exact same issue.

Yeah, I received no response and I have not been able to figure out the issue all year. I also noticed that Home Depot does not carry this lawnmower any longer and it’s pretty clear why. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEWALT BATTERY OPERATED LAWNMOWER.
