DCC018 tyre inflator not work ERROR ERR5

Hi Support, I have a DeWALT DCC018 has stopped working and is showing ERR5. just two years old and barely used. 

I thought I was purchasing a quality branded product but turns out your products are just as unreliable as cheap alternatives. I will stick with Makita next time, at least I can purchase the pats to fix them!
