DCMWP233 brushless Mower stops after a few feet

Mower is going on two years and stop working. I have tried multiple times with fully charged batteries but the mower will stop after less than 20 feet.

Hello Steve Fibich, we're sorry to hear the mower stops after a few feet. We recommend with the batteries removed to check if the blade moves freely, that there is no debris stuck or it could be the batteries. Please check the date code on each battery example 2018 32 58. Batteries life expectancy is approximately 2-5 years from the date of manufacturing (with use or no use). If you would like further assistance please email us at wecare@sbdinc.com
