Screws missing?!

I just purchased the DWE7491 table saw. Set it up did a few cuts and suddenly it stopped allowing the wood through. I took the housing off to look at the blade and noticed the area where the riving blade attaches has no screws. There is one broken off one in the top hole but the rest are empty and it wiggles back and forth
