my charge station will not charge and will not hold a charge even after the web site said for a totally depleted battery it should take around 92 hours to fully charge again. it's been plugged in for two weeks now and nothing

Dewalt DXAEPS14 POWER STATION the air compressor is no longer work and wanted to take to get it fixed but a dewalt service store said that they don't work on this product due to product by part of a 3rd Party company
