When plugged in to outlet the LED reads 13.8 but when I disconnect it from the 120 AC outlet it doesn’t work no reading none of the functions work. And when plugged in only USB ports work. also i have a question, would the air compressor work if plugged into 120 AC outlet or would it need to be on the portable function to operate correctly? thanks
