Battery won’t charge

I bought some new combo pacs and 6 ah batteries last year and one of the 6ah will not take a charge anymore. Charger works fine on all the other batteries I have for chop saw table saw and other tools. Battery socks are clean. Any info to take care of the problem would be appreciated. Thanks
