60V Snow Blower

Has anyone gotten the cordless snow blower to work? I put it together at my work, it worked great. I took it home and now the chute rotates beautifully. However the only thing it throws is a fault code. I have removed and reinstalled the batteries enough times that it should be worn out. Standing in 7 inches of snow, sub-zero temps, I left it as a lawn ornament and grabbed a shovel. Questioning why I spent this much money and am still using a shovel.
