Extremely disappointed have 15-20 dewalt power tools  I purchased this radio to upgrade from my older model and used it lightly for about 7 months, in the workshop and in the truck etc, the radios LED buttons light up but the screen won’t turn on and won’t play any form of sounds off of mains and batteries, unfortunately of my 5 years of loyalty to the brand I have every receipt apart from this one wich I must have lost in my moving of store in the last 3 months, the help chat was absolutely no help and wouldn’t help with finding the fault. It is extremely disappointed me and is making me second guess my decision of brand choice.
