Hi,

I have a dw9116 charger.  It does not seem to be charging either battery I have.  The batteries are OEM, but old.  When I try to charge one, after about 5 min, the charger will rapid blink.  However, one battery is reading about 19.1v, and the other 14.3v.  As well, if I plug in the charger with no battery, it will even rapid blink after about 5-10 min as if there is something wrong.  The charger is about 16 years old.  Do you think it is dead?  Can I test the charger some how?  Thank you.
