    Hello Phil Ross and thanks for reaching out.  I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with your blower.  We have started a ticket for you and someone from our customer service team will be contacting you. 

    I would also like to provide you with information to get you connected with our DEWALT Factory Service Center.   The service center will be able to look at the blower to determine the issue.  They will handle the warranty repair or replacement from there.  For future reference, you can locate a DEWALT Factory Service Center near you by clicking on this link ServiceNet (toolservicenet.com) and go to LOCATIONS/FIND A LOCATION.  You can also start an online repair here.

    I’m now having the same issue and nothing is working. Switched out 3 batteries and no power is happening. Dewalt needs to have better customer service and actually do something about this issue or I might have to switch to Ryobi.
