20v leaf blower DCBL722

Hi ahh yeah… I have MANY Dewalt tools, MANY batteries and I often brag at how reliable the 20v max series has been for me over the decade but… I recently have a problem with my 20v leaf blower DCBL722 which in my opinion prematurely failed. It’s maybe a year and a half old. Usually for the most part nothing I’ve had failed. Especially in less than 2 years and I use my tool everyday.
Anyway one day I used the blower, worked great per usual. The next day it would not turn on at all. Switched about 4 batteries and nothing.
I took it apart and started testing at the switch, I have power to the switch and power out of the switch when push on. That’s as far as I tested, didn’t want to take the chip off the back of the motor until I did some research.
What’s the problem dewalt?? I see a lot of other people are having the same problem and your response in the community is “we’ve started a ticket for you”. I would much appreciate one started for me please?

I’m now having the same issue and nothing is working. Switched out 3 batteries and no power is happening. Dewalt needs to have better customer service and actually do something about this issue or I might have to switch to Ryobi.
