To add an Administrator to your account, you must have Owner or Administrator permissions. To add a Site Admin or Manager you must have Owner or Administrator permissions.
Site Admins & Managers must be invited to gain access to Inventory and Assignments in Site Manager. Administrators, Site Admins, & Managers will receive an email inviting them to create an account with their supplied email address.
1. From the web, click on the 'People' tab and on the right-hand corner, click the '+' icon to add a 'New Person'.
2. A new person window will display where you can fill out their profile information. Add their first and last name, contact information such as email and phone number, and any additional details such as an ID number (such as employee ID and division).
3. Select the permission level you would like to give this person. To understand the permission levels, refer to the "4.4 Permissions Matrix (Tool Connect™ Site Manager)" article.
4. then choose which assignments they can have access to. Site Admins can add inventory only to assignments they have access to. If you grant someone Administrator permission they will have access to all assignments.
5. Click "INVITE" to complete. An email invitation will be automatically sent to the email address provided for the new Administrator, Site Admin, or Manager.
Importing a List of People
Site Manager supports uploading a spreadsheet of people to quickly add a large number of people to your account.
To add a list of People select the Import option on the right hand side of the screen, then click on Download Sample CSV File under the People option.
Copy your information into the formatted file. Once you have completed copying all Managers into this file, return to Site Manager and select ‘Select Completed File’ to upload a CSV list of Managers.
Your Managers will now be accessible from the Managers option in the top right corner of the screen.
