Assigning a Person to an Assignment
1. To assign a Person to an Assignment on the web, navigate to the ‘People’ You can add a new person or edit an existing one.
Add a new person
2. To add a new person, click the '+' icon.
3. In the 'New Person' window provide the person's Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Permission Level. After that, you should click on the dropdown menu for Assign Assignments and select the assignments you wish to assign. Finally, click on the INVITE button.
Edit an existing person
4. To edit an existing person's assignment, click on the name of the person you want to edit.
5. Click on 'Assignment' in the 'EDIT A PERSON' window.
6. Select the assignments you want to assign to that person.
7. Click 'Save' to update the changes.
A Site Admin or Manager can have permission to more than one Assignment if they are added to them. If you need to add several people to several assignments, see 4.4: Adding Administrators, Site Admins, or Managers (Tool Connect™ Site Manager) for more information.
