1. To export the tool information, you must first navigate to the inventory page of your tool management software. This page will contain a list of all the tools that you have stored in your system.

Select the tools that you want to export the information for. You can select one or multiple tools by clicking on the checkbox next to each tool.

2. You will see a download icon in the top right corner of the page. Click on this icon to start the download process.

3. Once you click on the download icon, an Excel sheet will be downloaded with all the columns of tool information. Save this sheet to your computer or device in a location that is easy to access.
