This user guide will walk you through the steps to access and view Audit details in the collapse ribbon.
By expanding the ribbon, you can access valuable information such as the Audit period end date, audit frequency, point of contact, tools audited, tools overdue, and the value of overdue.
Follow the instructions below to expand or minimize the Audit details ribbon.
1. In the Assignment tab, identify the assignment and click on it to select it.
Locate the Audit Details bar
2. The 'Audit Details' bar contains a down arrow (▼) located to the right side.
Expand the Audit details ribbon
3. Clicking on the down arrow will expand the ribbon, revealing additional information.
4. Once the ribbon is expanded, you will be able to see the following information:
- Audit Period End date: This indicates the date when the Audit period ends.
- Audit Frequency: This specifies how often the Audit is conducted.
- Point of contact: This provides the name of the contact information for any queries related to the Audit.
- Tools Audited: This is the number of the tools that have been audited.
- Tools overdue: This is the number of any tools that are overdue for Audit.
- Value of overdue: This indicates the monetary value associated with the overdue tools.
Minimize the Audit details ribbon:
5. To minimize the ribbon and hide the additional Audit details, click on the up arrow (▲), providing more space on the screen.
