From the 'Assignments' Screen
Navigate to the 'Assignments' screen using the link in the left sidebar. Click or tap the 'New Assignment' button in the upper right-hand corner;
a modal window will appear. Enter a job code (optional), name for the assignment (required), and address (optional), then click or tap 'SAVE'.
From the 'Import' Screen
If you have several assignments to enter at once, importing a .CSV spreadsheet may be the best option for you. To import a list of your assignments, navigate to the 'Import' screen from the link in the left sidebar and follow the instructions.
In the Mobile App
Assignments can be quickly added from the Site Manager app if you are signed in as an Administrator or Owner, Managers cannot add assignments. For more information about permissions see 4.1 Owner & Administrator Roles (Tool Connect™ Site Manager).
To begin, tap on the ‘Assignments’ option in the bottom left hand corner.
You will notice that in the top right corner there is a ‘New Assignment’ button, tap it to start adding your assignment.
Fill in as much detail about the assignment as you like, only an assignment name is required. Then tap ‘New Assignment’
You will now see your newly added assignment in your assignment list.
If you want to make changes or delete your assignment tap the small grey gear in the top right corner of the assignment.
Change any information you would like to update then tap save, or to delete the assignment choose ‘Delete Assignment’.
You will be presented with a warning that your Audit Information, Tool Assignments, and People Assignments will be lost. Tap ‘Delete Assignment’ to confirm. You will be returned to the assignments screen.
