Tool Connect™ Site Manager allows you to access more than one account if you have been invited by someone else to view their inventory under the same email address. This allows you to manage your own inventory as well as having insight into inventories you have been given permission.
On the Web
You can switch between accounts anytime on the Site Manager website. To change accounts click on the Manage field above Inventory on the left-hand side of the screen.
You will be presented with a list of accounts you have access to and will be able to see which account you are currently using. To switch accounts, simply click on the account you want to switch to and all of the inventory and assignments will be loaded for the other account.
It is important to note that if you are not an administrator on the account you are switching to some features may be disabled for you.

On the Mobile App
You can easily switch between accounts on both the Assignments and Inventory tabs in the mobile App. To switch between accounts, tap on the button in the top left corner of the app to reveal the Accounts switcher.
The current account you are accessing will be noted with a yellow bar next to it. To change accounts, tap on the account name of the account you wish to view. You will then be shown the relevant assignments or inventory depending on how you accessed the account switcher.
It is important to note that if you are not the administrator of the account you are switching to some features may be disabled for you.
