Assigning a Person to an Assignment
To assign a Person to an Assignment on the web, navigate to the ‘People’ link located on the left side. You can add a new person or edit an existing one.
To add a new person, click or tap the 'New Person’ button,
A modal window will appear labeled 'NEW PERSON'; enter a Name, Email, Mobile Number, and Permission Level for the person and then click the dropdown menu for Assign Assignments and choose what assignments to assign. Then click the INVITE button.
To edit an existing person, locate their name or email address in the table and click or tap the three dots under the 'Status' column.
A modal window will appear labeled 'EDIT A PERSON; select the Assignments dropdown to add the Person to an Assignment. Then click the SAVE button.
A Site Admin or Manager can have permission to more than one Assignment if they are added to them. If you need to add several people to several assignments, see 4.4: Adding Administrators, Site Admins, or Managers (Tool Connect™ Site Manager) for more information.

Adding a person to an assignment is not available in the Tool Connect™ Site Manager app at this time. Please check back regularly, as new features will be released continuously.
