A Site Admin is a sub account on Site Manager. An Administrator can invite any number of Site Admins to their account to provide them with access to specified Inventory and Assignments. A Site Admin can have access to more than one account and can also be the Administrator of their own account as well. Site Admins have the ability to do the following:
- View Inventory and Assignments that they have been assigned to
- Add Inventory to Assignments they have been assigned to
- Edit but not delete tools they have been assigned to
- Update status of tools they have been assigned to
- Assign tools within Assignments and sub assignments they have access to
- Perform an Audit at Assignments they have been assigned to
- Adjust Audit settings for Assignments they have been assigned to
- Scan for tools at Assignments they have been assigned to
- Search and filter for tools they have been assigned to
- Switch between accounts they have been granted access to
