You can adjust the frequency of audits on the Construction Asset Gateway by using the Site Manager mobile application. Only Owners and Admins can adjust the frequency.
To adjust the frequency of audits tap on the Gateway in the Inventory view of the Site Manager application. Then tap on the three dots in the top right corner to bring up the options menu. Tap "Edit Details" to make changes.
You will notice a new menu called "Gateway Scan Profile". This will show you what is the current active profile, and if you wish to change it you can tap on the drop down to choose between profiles. Whenever you change a profile the Gateway needs to communicate with Site Manager in order to get that update. If you see "Active" displayed the current profile is running on the Gateway. If you see "Queued" displayed it means the profile has been updated, but the Gateway has not yet updated its profile. This is normal as it can take several hours for the Gateway to get the profile update.
To change the profile tap on the drop down below "Gateway Scan Profile".
You will be presented with a list of the available scan profiles. Scroll to the one you want and tap "Done".
If you choose the Twice Daily profile you will need to choose the times that the Gateway will perform the audit. You will be given two drop down menus to select the first and second check in times. These times are based on your current time zone. Select the times and tap "Save".
The update will be sent to the Gateway and you will see "Queued" next to the profile you have selected. Once the Gateway receives the command it will update to your new profile.
