To view details about your Gateway first you will want to make sure you are in the inventory view of the Site Manager website.

Next click on the Gateway in your inventory and you will be presented with the details of the Gateway.

Details include the battery charge and the cellular signal strength represented in dB. The higher the signal strength number, the poorer the cellular coverage.

On the mobile app

To view details about your Gateway first you will want to make sure you are in the inventory view of the Site Manager Mobile app.

Next tap on the Gateway in your inventory and you will be presented with the details of the Gateway.
