I own a couple of large tool storage boxes by Dewalt. Recently I had one crack in the sidewall out of nowhere. I was very impressed with the customer service, and how Dewalt took into consideration the full scope of the issue, rather than putting it in the file box. Great service, my issue has been resolved, and I will continue to buy their brand
