Follow Up - Really Poor Service
AnsweredI was contacted by Dewalt with an acceptable solution to resolve my issue. While we are not quite there yet, I did want to provide a quick update.
Customer service did contact me to let me know they wanted to work with me to figure out how this can be resolved. Since my previous experience was so poor, I will wait to see how this plays out. But, even the fact they contacted me and were willing to work together shows some willingness to keep customers happy. I think fixing some of the issues at the service center related to how they handle customers would be a step in the right direction.
