How do I tighten the lower pully nut on my DW733 planer?

The nut on the lower pully on my DW733 planer fell off.  This is the larger pully the belt goes around (see attached photo).  I put the nut back on, but it's impossible to fit any kind of wrench in there to tighten it because the vertical threaded rod is in the way.  How do I tighten that nut??

  Hello Todd Arnold.  Now this nut here should not be tightened, this is the mechanism that allows the drive pulley to turn.  We are reaching out to you in an email to assist you with this further.
