unable to start Brushless Mower DCMWP233

Need help troubleshooting why the DCMWP233 won't start.  It is about 1.25 yrs old and has worked fine until today  Batteries have been fully charged and work on other Dewalt tools.  Debris chutes on mower have been cleared.  Mower height is set as high as it will go.  Took the key out and put it back in to see if this would reset anything.  Still unable to start.  Please help.  thank you
