DCMWP233 won't start

Need help troubleshooting why the DCMWP233 won't start. It did start but then stopped working right away.  It is about 1.25 yrs old and has worked fine until today  Batteries have been fully charged and work on other Dewalt tools.  Changed batteries and did not help. Debris chutes on mower have been cleared.  Mower height is set as high as it will go.  Took the key out and put it back in to see if this would reset anything.  Still unable to start.  Please help.  thank you

  Same with me with no response from Dewalt customer service. Tried chatting and calling
