When i put my batteries on the charger it blinks red for a few seconds than turns solid red as if they were fully charged but they definitely aren't working.

My 20V 2ah battery when seated on the charger shows fully charged but when the button is depressed nothing lights up and it doesn’t power any of my tools. The battery was part of a set and since it’s my smallest battery out of 6 it’s barely been used, maybe 3 times since purchasing it less then 3-4 months ago.

I have the same problem. When i put my batteries on the charger it blinks red for a few seconds then turns solid red as if they were fully charged but they definitely aren't working.. They are DCB207 batteries and are about 8 months old. I’ve only used them 2x. I have an older battery with my impact driver which works fine with my tool, so the batteries are definitely defective. Please contact me.
