Worked great the first season. I live in the city, normal city sized corner lot. I could finish my lawn, my parents, and my mother in laws lawns in one charge. The following summer it made it a couple uses before it started killing one battery leaving the other fully charged. I used one of my many other Dewalt batteries to finish my lawn, barely finished just mine before they would go dead. Looked online, this seems to be a common problem for Dewalt mowers. I’m losing faith in Dewalt, feels like wasted a lot of money on a pile of junk. I’ll be switching back to gas, and my cordless tools to Milwaukee.

Having the same problem worked great and cut my lawn no problem last year and this year barely does half before needing to be recharged even though there are two bars still lit on battery indicator. Sent email and waiting for a response from Dewalt.

Yes Dewalt Service sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the batteries and sent me out replacements. All seems to be working as it should. Thank you.
