battery doesn't charge
AnsweredThe battery was purchased in January, was used only a few times, and by March had stopped taking a charge. I returned it to store, they checked it and said it was dead…there is a button which when pressed should light up. The store has tried to contact the de Walt sales rep but still no resolution to this… I cannot use my cordless tools without a battery, which is currently with the store, and I am down nearly $200. Please sort this out, de Walt.

I’ve got the same problem with their 20 volt mower. My batteries have been on charge for 3 hours and the red light is still flashing showing that the batteries are charging. It should take about one hour to charge the battery.
