2x 20v lawn mower won't start

While cutting grass, mower just quit. Acted like dead battery , changed battery, still nothing, just one flash of the red light. Tore apart , eliminated safety key, and dead man switch on botton handle assembly, even though both had continuity  Fuse was good as well. Any thing else I can try? Thanks

    Same issue with mine. Died while my son was mowing and none of the immediate fixes work.

    I was mowing with my 2×20v self propelled mower, which was purchased only 1 year ago and the mower shut off while mowing on its own and will not turn back on, the batteries are charged fully the safety switch by the wheel is functioning properly, so no clue why this mower is not working anymore

    Our self-propelled mower not working either. Safety key in, the switch on the sides been pushed out. Blade turns easily. Batteries at 100%.  The manufacturer date is 2021. Never been abused. Only had it for maybe 2 years???

    Has anyone heard from an agent yet? It has been 2 months since the initial comment, and 2 weeks since an agent was supposed to be reaching out.

    My DeWalt RWD 21inch loan mower starts and runs for about 3 seconds the red light comes on saying the batterie are dead. Batteries are fully charged and work great in other tools.

    I have the same issue, afte 5 feets mowed it stop and only shows a flash red light and thats all, i tried with another couple batteries and shows the same issue  batteries are totaly charged (all 4 of them)
