Strimmer wire stuck inside the spool head: DeWalt DCMST561

Hi there DeWalt Community,

The strimmer wire on my DCMST561 has gotten stuck inside the spool head.  I can't seem to get any tweezer or needle nose piler inside the hole to pull the wire out.  How do I fix this?
