Problems Registering Tools on MyDewalt

Has any one else had problems registering tools ( Dewalt DCD996 Hammer Drill) on the MyDewalt website. It doesn't come up with a body only option, only bundles including several batteries which wouldn't match my invoice when claiming for repairs.

  I just tried to register my DCD996P2 kit six times.  No luck.

  This website in general sucks!
