DW735 feed rollers are not turning

My planer stopped pulling the wood through. It was 80 degrees in my shop, so cold was not the problem. I took the top off and the side panel cover off that reveals the silver box and chain drives for the rollers.  I know I'm not supposed to run it without the cover, but I defeated your safety so I could see if the roller chain was moving.  It wasn't. Any ideas why??
