how and where do I find my support ticket please??

I have an email with ticket number and a note that its been updated,  and whilst the header is in a list, a small box saying view ticket appears ...GREAT>>>> following that box however opens the website to the start page? and no sign of any "ticket" structure?

  well it seems there was some issue with the site at the time as trying it the next day and clicking the ticket took me to it as expected.
