DeWalt DCS573 cordless saw acts like blade brake is always on
RespondidaDeWalt DCS573 cordless saw, Worked great for a while, now blade starts, tries to turns a few turns and stop. New freshly fully charged batteries. It acts like the blade brake is always on. Is there something I should check or a way to get it repaired

Hello Conrad
Please keep in mind that As soon as the trigger switch is released, the lock-off switch is automatically activated to prevent the unintended starting of the machine. If this situation is repeating still with the trigger pressed on, we recommend you have your saw checked by a technician. You can start your online repair here.

I would go as far as fixing and replacing the trigger or board or blow component myself if there was specs posted online somewhere and a place to buy replacement components but neither option exist. My email and phone are linked on my account and I’m sure you can look up the multiple times I have put in a warranty claim to no avail

This is an on going issue with these saws. After extensive research online you will see hundreds of people have experienced this same issue. If you are out of warranty by 2 weeks like I was, tuff sh** Charlie and go buy another one. I want to trust this brand but it seems Dewalt is making cheap junk these days. I only used my saw roughly 10 times! It still looks brand spanking new! So sad these products have become such junk without decent Customer support to replace/fix knowing this is a bigger issue at hand with these saws.

I have the same issue as James Still. Intermittent Run/stop condition with or without load. Saw has very little use, condition persists with any battery pack, not a over heating situation.
125$ to send the saw in is ridiculous. -
Brand new DCS574B out of the box. Installed the new blade using the blade lock. The brake lock seams not to disengage all the way. Saw makes a clicking sound when rotating the blade by hand. Please advise.
