How can I get a switch for my new DCF 900 impact 3 speed

My first test with a new DCF921 was to remove the wheel lug nuts from my F-150. I personally had recently torqued these lug nuts to 150 ft-lbs. This impact wrench has a rated max breakaway torque of 450 ft-lbs. Shockingly, it could not remove the lug nuts. I could relatively easily remove the lug nuts with the truck's lug wrench.
Has anyone else seen issues like this?

I can't say on the DCF921, but the DCF900 i have will snap studs like a mother humper. The 1200ft lb rating us probably close with a fully charged 5amp or larger battery. What battery are you using with your 921? Charge status? What brand torque wrench did you previously use to torque the lugs with? All these will play in the accuracy. My harbor freight/Home depot torque wrenches I've purchased on the road, are far off from the spec of my snap-on and craftsman ones. By A LOT. Also, the 2 amp and 3 amp battery packs and “stacked” packs in my experience, don't produce nearly the same power output to the tool as the 5amp and up packs. It's more than just longer run time.

I use a fairly high quality torque wrench. Even if it is out 25%, the lugs would have been tightened to less than 200 ft-lbs.
The battery being used is a fully charged 2.0 Ah DCB203. There is nothing in the support docs for the DCF921 that indicates the advertised performance can only be achieved with a certain battery type.
According to the Dewalt website for this battery:
- 20V MAX* Compact Lithium Ion Battery Pack
- Compact Lithium Ion pack provides up to 33% more capacity than standard 20V MAX* battery packs
