Can’t adjust height

I have a new Dewalt router model DW616. I can’t move the adjustment ring either clockwise or counter clockwise. I have the clamp on the side released. I can release the motor from the base without issue. Any ideas?

Actually, no one from customer service helped me. I ended up looking online line in woodworking forums and found someone that said sometimes when they are brand new they take a little extra force and further recommended to add some dry lubricant to the track. Once I got it moving the first time, it worked fine.
