Elec Mower DCMWSP255 quit working

I got a push behind electric mower, model DCMWSP255, in Sept 2023. I only used it about 6 times last fall. When I last used it this spring a week ago, it quit running after about 30minutes of operating. I made sure all the chutes were clear and the mowing height was set high. The grass was dry and there weren't any thick leaves. I also changed the batteries to freshly charged batteries that were tested on other Dewalt products that worked fine. I also took the safety key out and re-inserted it, in the event this does some sort of electric reset. Despite all this, the mower would not restart, even after sitting for a few days. Can you provide any troubleshooting guidance? This product is warranted for 3 years. How can I start a new warranty claim?

I had this same issue. There is an interlock switch on the right-hand handle deck mount that depresses when the handle is collapsed. When this switch is depressed, it will not allow the mower to run. This switch can become stuck when the handle is lowered and sometimes doesn't disengage when handle is raised. Check this switch to ensure it's working properly.
