FlexVolt batteries . Faulty 3 times
답변함I have bought 5 FlexVolt 6ah batteries and this is the 3rd one to go faulty within warranty periods . The first 2 broke after just 4 months ! The problem is they blink o ce on the charger then nothing. I have had two replaced under warranty but this time round it looks like the Dewalt UK team are just ignoring me . I sent everything they asked for. Sale receipt ,invoice place of purchase ect .Been nearly a week now and I’ve sent an email every day with no reply ! Not gonna buy any more if that’s the case
