Need to identify old type angle grinder

Hi,

A few years ago I bought a second hand Dewalt angle grinder, now the power switch is broken and needs replacing. The problem is that the identification plate is gone. Is there some sort of database where I can look up the type? Or maybe someone can Identify this by the attached images?

  Hi Bram Teluij We are sorry for the inconvenience of trying to identify your grinder. the only way we have to identify is with the tag where is listed the model number. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you.
