Terrible Quality Lately

I have been using DeWalt exclusively for years now. I own thousands of dollars in tools and batteries. The last 4-5 years I have noticed that quality in both the batteries and tools has drastically decreased. I have 2 5ah 20v xr batteries that have each been through maybe 5 charge cycles and now they just won't charge at all. I have another 60v battery that is less than a year old and the charge indicator just stopped working. I am seriously considering completely jumping ship to Flex. I know I'm not the only one having these issues either.
