Problem with 735x planer

The feed rollers stop as soon as the wood touches then. The plate is smooth, the rollers work as long as no wood is touching them, the speed knob is turned all the way while the machine is on ( problem exists on both speeds ). I really hope someone out there can help me fix this. The planer is only 2 month old and barely used it

If the material is not feeding please check the steps below:
- • excess clogging in the dust shroud.
- • excess oil/debris from feed rollers.
- • a broken drive belt.
- • make sure the speed selection lever is engaged in speed ‘1’ or ‘2’.
