20V Blower doesn't work

I recently bought a Dewalt 20V Max XR leaf blower. I fully charged my 20V XR Max battery and popped it on the blower. It ran for less than a minute and shut off. After that, every time I squeezed the trigger, it ran for 1-2 seconds and shut off. I didn't realize that Dewalt made such crappy tools. I brought it back to the store and got my money back. Will look at a different brand now.

I’ve had this exact problem on my 20v XR leaf blower and it is only 3 years old! It doesn’t turn on now. Is there a trade in value? I’m hesitant to buy another but the repair cost is damn near the cost of a new one! Please help

What’s the deal DeWalt with the 20v brushless blowers? I have purchased two in the last two months. Both ended up defective. Pull the trigger, runs for one second, stops. This is after they worked fine first three or four times.

Same issue. It had been sporadically working/not working when pulling the trigger. Now nothing. Three fully charged batteries. Any help troubleshooting situation. I was hoping the problem would just be brushes, but alas, it's a brushless motor.
