Dewalt DW735 13" Planer
My name is Max Pluss and I have a DW735, 13" Planer. I have used the planer approximately 8 times and it worked perfectly.
I went to use it this time and it would not take the board and feed it through the feed table. I set up rollers in the front and rollers in the exit side. the only weight which should show up is the weight in the middle of the board that the DW735 should feel. I have used it to plane 12' southern pine without any problem with no rollers except for me feeding the stock into the planer and then lifting the weight on the discharge side.
This time I tried the same as with the 2"X4"x12' with the 2"x6"x8' and it would not even attempt to full and feed through the rollers. I lifted it to take the weight off the feed inlet and it still would not feed and plane.
I am at a point where I am in dire need of a planer that works. I would like to upgrade to planer that will feed itself and sits on its own table. Does Dewalt make such a model and what is the best that Dewalt makes concerning a big upgrade as this? And of course, what is the price????
Will Dewalt take this DW735 and refund me the amount I paid for it in April of last year and put it against an upgrade?????
PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. IN NEED OF A SOLUTION QUICKLY!!! WILL DRIVE TO HOUSTON TO SATISFY MY NEED IF THIS WILL APPLY!!!

Hi my name is Jay I have a dw735 13inch thickness planer it has Ben used 3 times and is off warnty smoke came out of the moter please do not buy one of these planners they are junk 20 1+6 boards and moter is gone purepure junk
