Dewalt jobsite blower

I purchased a Dewalt jobsite blower and it didn't every last a battery charge before it quit working. I have read many reviews on this blower and am seeing 

Lots of these with the same problem. I assume Dewalt is aware of this.what do I need to do to get a new one or be reimbursed?
