Regulator Leaking air on BRAND NEW DXCM303

Purchased a brand new DXCM303 Air Compressor from Tractor Supply Company this morning. After completing the break-in procedure i ran the compressor and filled it with air. The Regulator is leaking (loudly) and nothing I do can stop it.
I was hesitant to buy this product as the customer reviews are all over the place (to be fair, it seems to be the same for other manufacturers). But I hauled it home only to find that, right out of the box, something is broken. And, of course, it's saturday and no one answers the phone at Dewalt Customer Service (I mean, why would they, right? It's only one of the biggest tool names on the planet… sigh).
Hey Dewalt.. I entered a service ticket online because I don't feel like hauling this thing all the way back to the store, only to bring home another one and possibly find out that one is broken too). How about looking up my warranty claim, and send me a new regulator OVER NIGHT. That would be customer service!!!!
And, while you're at it.. you folks have really got to get a handle on quality control.
