Pressure Washer not dispensing soap

My new pressure Washer is not dispensing soap when I use any except the washing nozzle. Is this normal? If not, what am I doing wring? It’s the Dwpw2400.

  I apologize for the lack of information available, this pressure washer is designed to only dispense soap with the soap nozzle and not with any other nozzle, so it is normal to behave like that.
