Please make sure the TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC is placed on a platform horizontally. Please make sure all covers lock tightly. It is recommended the user device is placed inside top cover, otherwise it is best to use BT mode. Please check if the noise is caused by the user’s audio device, you should try to play from other audio source. Please check if the audio cable inserts to AUX socket entirely, you may need reconnect the cable. If the problem persists try to change the audio cable. If there is still no sound, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service agent.
